About Frank

I'm a PSI-registered psychologist with two years of experience in private practice, and I’m truly passionate about helping people navigate life's ups and downs. My goal is to support you in achieving emotional well-being and becoming the best version of yourself.

As a younger psychologist, I bring a fresh perspective to our sessions, blending my formal training with rich life experiences from my time living around the globe. I work exclusively with adults and adolescents aged 16 and up, creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to express anything that’s on your mind.

In our sessions, I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

Let’s work together to find your path to healing and growth.

How it Works

Your Initial Consultation

Starting the journey to find a therapist and booking your first appointment can often feel daunting. However, taking that initial step can open the door to meaningful change and personal growth.

I invite you to schedule a complimentary first session with me. This initial meeting provides a safe space to discuss any concerns you may have, explore how therapy could support you, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.

Starting the therapeutic process

If you decide to start therapy with me, we will discuss your goals and establish a contract covering practical details. This includes confidentiality boundaries, fees, and cancellation policies.

Sessions will last 50 minutes, typically once a week at a mutually convenient time. We will regularly review your progress and ensure you feel you are benefiting from therapy, adjusting our approach as needed to support your goals.

I am a graduate member of the Psychology Society of Ireland (PSI) and an associate member of the Division of Psychotherapy. I adhere to The PSI Code of Ethics. To practice ethically and effectively, I believe that therapists need to have a deep understanding of themselves. I am committed to maintaining the quality of my work by seeking regular supervision and consultation. Additionally, I continue my own personal psychotherapy to support my personal growth and to gain greater insight into the client experience.
